Do you charge for coming out to estimate
No, we offer a free estimating service to all customers
Can I take some samples home
Yes, we have many samples for all our flooring options. It is however a good idea to phone us before you come in to check we are not out measuring. Also, should you be after a specific sample book, please phone before coming in, as it may well be with another customer.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a guarantee on all of our products and services. If you're not satisfied with the work we've done, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Do I need to empty my room prior to fitting
Ideally, yes. We would ask you to remove any large pieces of furniture. Please do contact us if this poses a problem for you.
Do you uplift and remove the old flooring
Yes, we can do this. However there is a charge for disposal of the old carpet, as we have to pay a fee at the commercial waste centre
What is the timescale from ordering my carpet to fitting
It does vary on the time of year (the run up to Christmas is very busy), as a general rule of thumb we estimate 2-3 weeks.
